Helio Travel Products

In Helio, a travel product is known as a ‘component’ and there are three ways to add components to an itinerary:

  1. Shopping Cart – 📽 Shopping Cart (6min 45sec)

Shopping Cart is similar to online shopping – where the user will add components to an itinerary, one at a time, then finalise the purchase. Quotes and invoices will be itemised when Shopping Cart has been used

  2. Dynamic Package – 📽 Dynamic Package (5min 33sec)

Dynamic Packages are bespoke, tailor-made packages you can create for your customers. All components in HELiO can be added to a Dynamic Package. The main difference between a Dynamic Package and Shopping Cart is how you add the components to an itinerary. Where Shopping Cart adds components to an itinerary one at a time, Dynamic Package allows you to perform one search for all components, then add them to the itinerary, all at once

  3. Elite Package – 📽 Elite Package (4min 6sec)

Elite Packages are curated pre-packaged travel itineraries. Elite Packages can be searched in HELiO by criteria (e.g. destination, departure month, duration, holiday type, etc.)
